"Last night at 4:30 PM, our sewer became frozen and wouldn't drain. We had water starting to backup. We called Ogden, they said oh no, not good, this can't wait and they had someone there within 30 minutes. The two guys who arrived were super professional and followed Covid protocols. They kept us updated and were done and out by 6:30. They cleaned everything up, there was absolutely no mess. They made sure our plumbing was working, cleaned up the area where the sewer started to backup and put everything back the way it was! I was so impressed. We have used Ogden Plumbing in the past and tonight was not the first time Ogden Plumbing has saved our butts, and while I hope it's the last, I know who we will be calling when we need plumbing in the future and if/when we have an emergency. "We had originally called Absolute plumbing and made an appointment for a floor drain that was plugged. Earliest they could come over was almost a week away but we agreed, Friday between 12:15 and 2:00pm. At around 12:20 on Friday, they called and said they had some emergencies come up and wanted to reschedule even though we waited almost a week already, very disappointed and angry, we said just forget it and we called Roto Rooter which put us in touch with Ogden plumbing in Neenah. Ogden came out in less than 2 hours of the call and quickly fixed the issue. Very fast, friendly and professional service, would highly recommend Ogden plumbing for all your plumbing needs. "I discovered at 10:30am that my water heater had what appeared to be a leak. I immediately phoned Ogden Plumbing. Not only did they provide excellent customer service, they went out of their way to make sure I understood exactly what was happening (a handyman, I am far from). They agreed to meet me at home within the hour to determine if I indeed needed a complete replacement....after all, who wants to spend that kind of money if they don't have to. Unfortunately, a replacement was the diagnosis.....but I was in great hands with Odgen. Everyone I worked with, from the receptionist to the two gentlemen who completed the replacement, was exceptional. I had a new water heater and was back to work in less than 2 hours from the time I first placed the call. First class service."
